PTC India Financial Services Limited raises Rs. 150 crores through Non-Convertible Debentures

PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) has raised money through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) - Series 5 by way of private placement for Rs. 150 crores. The debentures are redeemable over a period of 7 years. The issue has been fully subscribed by FMO, Dutch Development Bank. The NCDs shall augment the long term resources of the company and will help in lowering the cost of funds of the company.

The document was signed by Dr. Pawan Singh, Whole-time Director & CFO, PFS and Mr. Matthijs Eagelie, Senior Officer, FMO in the presence of Mr. Mark Rutte - Prime Minister of Netherlands, Mrs. Lilianne Polumen - Minister for Foreign Trade, Mrs. Sharon Dijksma, Minister for Agriculture and Dr. Ashok Haldia - Whole-time Director, PFS.

Shares of PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 424666 in over 2609 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 41.85 and intraday low of 39.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17358792.
