Opto Circuits (India) Ltd opens GDR issue

The GDR Committee of Opto Circuits (India) Ltd, in its meeting held on June 16, 2015 has approved the opening of issue of GDRs of the Company. Accordingly, the issue of GDRs of the Company will open on June 16, 2015.

Shares of OPTO CIRCUITS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 218923 in over 601 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.75 and intraday low of 18.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4021721.
