Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd allots 10720 shares

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd by way of Board Resolution passed by the members of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 15, 2015, have issued and allotted 10,720 Equity Shares in form Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) at the exercise price of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees of the Company under 3rd tranche of TBZ ESOP, 2011. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

Out of the total 23,007 vested options, employees have exercised 10,720 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) at the exercise price of Rs. 10 each and the Company has allotted Equity Shares. The balance of 12,287 Stock Options at the exercise price of Rs. 149.93 (including premium amount of Rs. 139.93 each) which were vested and not exercised by the employees have been lapsed and cancelled.

The paid-up shares of the Company will increase from 6,67,19,900 to 6,67,30,620 Equity Shares and the paid-up share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 66,71,99,000 to Rs. 66,73,06,200 on passing of the Board Resolution for the allotment of Equity Shares under 3rd tranche of TBZ ESOP, 2011 '.
