Central Provinces Railways Company Ltd to approve allotment of 56400 shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Central Provinces Railways Company Ltd will be held on June 19, 2015, to consider and approve the allotment of 56400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay dated May 08, 2015 approving the Reduction of Share Capital of the Company under section 100 to 104 of Companies Act, 1956. Accordingly after reduction the shareholders of the Company holding 100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as on the record date, will receive 56400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each post the capital reduction.
