The Board of Directors of Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2015, has allotted 23,80,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 3.40/- each to promoters and non-promoters on conversion of 23,80,500 Warrants issued on preferential basis, pursuant to approval of shareholders of the Company accorded on August 30, 2014 in the Annual General Meeting.
