Consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by Zee Learn Ltd under its ESOP Scheme, the Company on June 11, 2015 has allotted total 20,600 Equity shares consisting of 7,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share, 11,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 and 2,100 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share.
