Granules India Ltd allots 2 lakh equity shares

The Share Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Granules India Ltd at its meeting dated June 11, 2015 have approved to allot 2,00,000 equity shares in consequent to exercise of options under ESOP 2009.
