Salzer Electronics Ltd to consider QIP on June 13, 2015A meeting of the Board of Directors of Salzer Electronics Ltd will be held on June 13, 2015, to consider proposal to call and convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company for the purpose of seeking their AFRESH APPROVAL on the following proposals, which have been already approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 01, 2015, in order to Comply with requirements of CERTAIN ADDITIONAL statutory regulations.

The Board will consider and approve, subject to the consent of the shareholders, issue of eligible securities under qualified institutions placement pursuant to Chapter VIII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 and to consider and approve, subject to the consent of the shareholders, issue of share warrants to the promoters and Promoters Bodies Corporate on preferential issue under Private Placement basis pursuant to Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009.
