Sequent Scientific Ltd allots 8 lakh shares at Rs. 222.15

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 10, 2015 has allotted 800,000 equity shares at Rs. 222.15 per share and 200,000 equity shares at Rs. 236 per share to M/s. Chayadeep Ventures LLP, a Promoter Group Entity and 1,100,000 equity shares at Rs. 475 per share to Mr. Shivanand Shankar Mankekar HUF jointly with Mr. Kedar Shivanand Mankekar, a Non-Promoter pursuant to conversion of equivalent number of warrants.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 391,618,260/- consisting of 39,161,826 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 412,618,260/- consisting of 41,261,826 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of SEQUENT SCIENTIFIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.673.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 670. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19082 in over 1261 trades.
