HDFC allots 267395 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On June 09, 2015, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 2,67,395 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,16,81,390 consisting of 157,58,40,695 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
