AXIS Bank Ltd allots 197750 Equity Shares

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,97,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 08, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,92,76,314 (237,46,38,157 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,96,71,814 (237,48,35,907 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).
