The Nomination, Governance & Compensation committee of the Board of Directors of Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has allotted 112,886 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on June 04, 2015, to Employees on exercise of their Stock Options.

95,948 equity shares of Rs. 5/- were allotted each pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and 16,938 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each were allotted against the underlying 16,938 ADRs pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007.
