Bajaj Finance Ltd opens QIP issue

In respect of issue of Equity Shares aggregating to an issue size of upto Rs. 14,000 million to QIBs through a qualified institutions placement in terms of Chapter VIII of SEBI ICDR Regulations ("Issue"), the Special Committee of Bajaj Finance Ltd has, at its meeting held on June 04, 2015 decided to open the Issue on June 04, 2015.

The Company has further informed that the floor price in respect of the Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is Rs. 4,407.34 per Equity share, and the 'relevant date' for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81(c) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, is June 04, 2015.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.4445.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4341.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3684 in over 853 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4497.6 and intraday low of 4328.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16328053.
