Bajaj Finance Ltd allots 925000 warrants

Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended, the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd at its meeting held on June 02, 2015, has allotted 9,25,000 warrants to the promoter, Bajaj Finserv Limited, on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 4412/- per warrant which are convertible into equal number of equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.4282.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4373.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3799 in over 932 trades.
