Visagar Polytex Ltd decides to allot 167864000 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Visagar Polytex Ltd at its meeting held on June 02, 2015, has decided to allot 167,864,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on May 30, 2015 (Record Date) in the ratio of 10:1, i.e. 10 (ten) Equity Shares of a face value of Re. 1/- each for every existing 1 (one) Equity Share of Re. 1/- each fully paid by way of capitalization of Free Reserves & Securities Premium Account.
