HAAMID REAL ESTATES Pvt Ltd to consider raising Rs. 30 crores through NCDs

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 04, 2015 to consider proposed issue of 3,000 privately placed secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures ("Debentures") of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lac only) each aggregating to Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (rupees thirty crore only).
