AXIS Bank Ltd allots 139575 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,39,575 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on June 01, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,89,97,164 (237,44,98,582 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,92,76,314 (237,46,38,157 equity shares of Rs 2/- each).
