Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd allots 1850 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has approved allotment of 1850 (One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 1850 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130140476 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to 130142326 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1301423260/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Fourteen Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty).
