NCL Industries Ltd allots 1795455 shares

The Board of Directors of NCL Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, has allotted 17,95,455 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 12/- per share to promoter group in terms of the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 02, 2014 and after obtaining necessary approvals from SEBI vide letter dated May 14, 2015.
