Amtek India Ltd to allot Preference Shares

With reference to the approval from Shareholders of Amtek India Ltd in Annual General Meeting dated December 31, 2014, the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company in its meeting held May 26, 2015, has decided to allot Preference Shares aggregating to Rs. 75 Crores.
