Sequent Scientific Ltd approves allotment of shares under QIP

In respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee of Sequent Scientific Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 26, 2015, has approved allotment of 7,476,635 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 535/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 525/- per share).
