Dish TV India Ltd approves grant of 80000 stock options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Dish TV India Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, have approved the grant of 80,000 stock options convertible into 80,000 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 2 (Two) Employees of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 84.90/- per option, being the closing price at the highest trading exchange (National Stock Exchange) on May 25, 2015, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
