Brigade Enterprises Ltd allots 8000 Equity Shares on exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Brigade Enterprises Ltd has approved the allotment of 8000 equity shares to those employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.

The paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 112,74,36,400/- to Rs. 112,75,16,400/- due to the aforesaid allotment.

Shares of BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.147.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 149.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8600 in over 262 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 153.7 and intraday low of 147.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1296318.
