Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd grants 103824 Stock Options

The Nomination, Governance & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd on May 11, 2015, has granted 103,824 stock options, exercisable at par value of Rs.5/- under "Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002" and 38,584 stock options, exercisable at par value of Rs.5/- under "Dr. Reddy's Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007" to the employees of the Company.

The vesting schedule and the exercise period of these stock options will be 25% each year for 4 years and the exercise period is 5 years from the date of vesting.

The grant of above stock options is in line with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and as per the terms of the Stock Option Schemes.

Shares of DR.REDDY'S LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3639.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3620.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12804 in over 1243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3658.75 and intraday low of 3596.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46549792.
