Bharti Infratel Ltd allots 2530560 Shares under ESOP Scheme 2008

The Committee of Directors of Bharti Infratel Ltd in its meeting held on May 20, 2015 has approved allotment of 2,530,560 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company on exercise of Stock Options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP Scheme 2008).

Consequent to such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,937,692,930 to Rs. 18,962,998,530.

Shares of BHARTI INFRATEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.435.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 434.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27143 in over 942 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 437.9 and intraday low of 422.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11716988.
