Bajaj Finance Ltd grants 193500 stock options

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd, at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, has granted 1,93,500 Stock Options to the identified employees under 'Grant-VIII' of ESOP 2009 Scheme of the Company.
