Prime Focus Ltd approves allotment of 420 debentures

The Board of Directors of Prime Focus Ltd at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, have approved the allotment of 420 unlisted, unrated, redeemable Debentures of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each not convertible into Equity Shares of the Company under Tranche - 2, aggregating to Rs. 4.20 crores (Rupees Four Crores Twenty Lacs only), to certain pre-identified persons on a private placement basis.
