500 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000. 3000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006. 1000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010. 20214 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B -2013. 15154 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
