IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd allots 135853 Equity Shares

On May 04, 2015 IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd had allotted 135,853 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the employees of the Company / Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per Equity Share.
