Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd grants 250000 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2015 has approved and granted 250,000 Stock Options to Mr. Sujay Kalele, CEO of the Company, in terms of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.
