Sat Industries Ltd allots 4000000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Sat Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 02, 2015, has allotted 4000000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 0.10/- each per share upon the conversion of 4000000 Warrants to M/s. Sat Invest Private Limited.

Consequent to the allotment of above Equity Shares the Paid-up share capital of the Company will increase to Rs. 10,00,00,000/- from the existing paid-up share capital of Rs. 9,20,00,000/-.
