Asya Infosoft Ltd allots 10425000 Equity Shares

The "Preferential Issue Monitoring Committee" of the Board of Asya Infosoft Ltd in its meeting held on May 01, 2015, has allotted 1,04,25,000 equity shares to the applicants and the Board has also approved the same.

The Board considered and approved the allotment of 1,04,25,000 (One Crore four lacs twenty five thousand only) Equity shares to Non-promoters at Rs. 22.75 (Rupees Twenty Two and Seventy Five Paise Only) calculated in accordance with the SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009, carrying an entitlement to subscribe to equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a future date, not exceeding 18 (eighteen) months from the date of issue/allotment of such warrants.

Shares of Asya Infosoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.50.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15800 in over 203 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.6 and intraday low of 43.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 746644.
