Himalya International Ltd allots 2850604 shares

The Board of Directors of Himalya International Ltd at its meeting held on April 30, 2015, has reviewed and approved the allotment of 2850604 shares on conversion of warrants.

The Board approved to constitute a wholly owned subsidiary company in the name of 'Himalya Fries' to setup an export oriented French Fries unit within the Gujarat complex. The new line has already been received at Gujarat site.

In view of the large order book for the new products from U.S. Retail and Club Store chains, Board directed the Managing Director to request the banks urgently for matching additional export funding besides interchangeability in the unutilized non fund based limit for exports.

Shares of HIMALYA INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.8.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 87044 in over 420 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.95 and intraday low of 7.98. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 733107.
