Idea Cellular Ltd allots 327379 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has at its Meeting held on April 28, 2015 allotted 3,27,379 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further, the Company note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,59,81,71,806 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,98,17,18,060/-.
