IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd approves issue of Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 225 crores

The Committee of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd approved the allotment of 2,250 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 225 Crores on a private placement basis on April 27, 2015.

The Company had earlier issued 21,300 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs. 2,130 Crores. With the aforesaid allotment the Company has as of date issued and allotted 23,550 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,355 Crores".

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.170 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13934 in over 610 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173.4 and intraday low of 167. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2372644.
