The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on April 27, 2015 noted cancellation of 33,050 and 230,980 stock options under ESOP Scheme 2011 and ESOP Scheme 2013-Employees, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
