IVRCL Ltd allots 24263326 Equity Shares to CDR Lenders

IVRCL Ltd has made an allotment of 2,42,63,326 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, at issue price of Rs. 24.39/- per share, on April 27, 2015 to the CDR Lenders who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement. This allotment is towards conversion of 3rd tranche of FITL into equity, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
