RTS Power Corporation Ltd approves issue of 1 crore NCRPS

The Board of Directors of RTS Power Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on April 14, 2015, has approved the issue 1,00,00,000, 9% Non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company on Private Placement Basis to Promoter Group subject to the approval of the members through Postal Ballot and E-voting Mechanism in compliance with Sections 42, 55, 62 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act 2013 and Rules made thereunder.
