Salzer Electronics Ltd allots 219900 Equity Shares

Salzer Electronics Ltd's Employees Compensation Committee has on April 18, 2015 approved allotment of 219900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- against the equivalent number of Stock Options exercised by the Employees under Salzer Electronics Limited Employees Stock Options Scheme 2012-13.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company increased from Rs.10,28,37,370 comprising of 1,02,83,737 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 10,50,36,370 comprising of 1,05,03,637 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
