Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd approves offer to ICICI Bank

The Board of Directors of Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd at its meeting held on April 27, 2015, has considered and approved the offer or invitation to subscribe to Equity Shares through issue of a private placement offer letter in form PAS-4 to ICICI Bank Ltd.

The Board considered and approved form PAS-5 and Application form with respect to above offer.

The Board also considered and approved Conversion of overdue interest into Equity shares of three more lenders as per CDR Scheme.

Shares of SHIV-VANI OIL & GAS EXPLORATION SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.01. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4630 in over 41 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.34 and intraday low of 8.71. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41500.
