Vaibhav Global Ltd converts Global Depository Receipts

Sonymike's Holdings Limited, a Promoter Group Company and GDR Holder, has converted 3,00,000 (Three Lac) Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) into 30,00,000 (Thirty Lac) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of Vaibhav Global Ltd on April 23, 2015.

After conversion, the outstanding GDRs are 3,95,000 (Three Lac Ninety Five Thousand) convertible into 39,50,000 (Thirty Nine Lac Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of Vaibhav Global Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.804.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 804.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2006 in over 257 trades.
