Amtek India Ltd approves issue of NCDs up to Rs. 600 crores

The Board of Directors of Amtek India Ltd at its meeting held on April 23, 2015 has approved the Issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs. 600 Crores (Six Hundred Crores) on Private Placement basis subject to the approvals of Shareholder's and any other approvals from regulatory authority if required.

Shares of AMTEK INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 414124 in over 5979 trades.
