L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 413411 Equity Shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 4,13,411 (Four Lakh Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred and Eleven) Equity Shares at its meeting held on April 23, 2015 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.66.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2725987 in over 23181 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 66.85 and intraday low of 63.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 178860389.
