Assambrook Ltd to issue 12 lacs equity shares

The Board of Directors of Assambrook Ltd at its meeting held on April 21, 2015, has been decided to issue and allot 12 lacs Equity shares of Rs. 10.00 each of the Company at a price of Rs.25.00 per share including a premium of Rs. 15.00 per share on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the share holders of the Company in the EGM of the Company to be held on May 16, 2015.
