IFCI Factors Ltd allots CCCPS

The Board of Directors of IFCI Factors Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, has allotted 7,50,38,000 9% Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 75,03,80,000/- to the existing equity share holders of the Company. Pursuant to the issue of the said CCCPS the paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 79,35,77,000/- to Rs. 154,39,57,000/-.
