GMR Infrastructure Ltd allots 934553010 Equity Shares

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of GMR Infrastructure Ltd in its meeting held on April 18, 2015 has approved the allotment of 93,45,53,010 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Rights Equity Shares ") for cash at a price of Rs. 15 including a premium of Rs. 14 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1401.83 Crore to the eligible equity shareholders, as per the basis of allotment approved by the Designated Stock Exchange (National Stock Exchange of India Limited).
