Zee Media Corporation Ltd approves allotment of rights shares

In accordance with the terms of Letter of Offer dated March 16, 2015, the Board of Directors of Zee Media Corporation Ltd at the meeting held on April 18, 2015, has approved allotment of 10,86,43,732 Equity Shares of Re. 1 each at the issue price of Rs. 18 per equity share (including premium of Rs. 17 per share) to the shareholders and renounces on Rights basis.

Shares of Zee Media Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.19.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 201821 in over 1076 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 20.6 and intraday low of 19.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4028498.
