State Bank of Travancore approves allotment of 11850694 shares

The Committee of Directors of State Bank of Travancore at its meeting held on April 13, 2015 has approved the allotment of 1,18,50,694 equity shares with face of Rs. 10 each ("Rights Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 400 including a premium of Rs. 390 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 474.03 crores to the eligible applicants of the Rights Issue as per the Basis of allotment approved by the Designated Stock Exchange.

Shares of STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE was last trading in BSE at Rs.432.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 427.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3526 in over 417 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 444.9 and intraday low of 425. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1526242.
