Subex Ltd announces cancellation of Employee Stock Options

The ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd on April 13, 2015 has cancelled 11,288 ESOPs for the quarter of January-March 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.21. The total number of shares traded during the day was 430738 in over 1768 trades.
