Karuturi Networks Board to consider allotment of shares

Karuturi Networks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the allotment of equity shares to those bond holders who have exercised the option of converting their FCCB's into equity.
